Sinapi Aba donates 70,000 to Heal KATH Project

Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Limited, a leading non-banking financial institution in Ghana, has donated Seventy Thousand Ghana Cedis towards the Heal Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) Project.

Mr Tony Fosu, -Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sinapi Aba Saving and Loans, making the presentation on behalf of the company, said the gesture formed part of their corporate social responsibility to enhance the standard of living of the people in the Ashanti region and the country.

A statement issued and copied to the Ghana News Agency said the CEO made the presimages 12 1entation when the leadership of the institution paid a courtesy call on the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, at the Manhyia Palace on Tuesday.

The company, it said, also took advantage to brief the Asantehene on activities outlined in connection with their upcoming 30th Anniversary of the institution.

The CEO on behalf of the staff and management of the institution congratulated Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, for his exemplary and sterling leadership over the past 25 years, which had led to an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.

The Asantehene, receiving the donation, acknowledged the role institutions like Sinapi Aba played in ensuring individuals and micro, small and medium businesses thrived especially, accessing financial services.

He was particularly pleased that Sinapi Aba had weathered every storm to achieve 30 years, citing determination and good governance as the reasons.

He urged the leadership to continue with its good work to go beyond the 30 years and achieve greater heights.

Mr Kwasi Atta Antwi and Mrs Dorothy Danso, Board Chairman and Board Member for Sinapi Aba, respectively, also took turns to thank Asantehene for his unwavering support and encouragement “all these years and also to formally invite him to grace the 30th anniversary of Sinapi Aba.”

Sinapi Aba has 44 branches and operates in all districts, reaching over 600,000 clients nationwide.
