Madam Cynthia Mamle Morrison, New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Agona West, whose seat was among the four seats declared vacant by the Speaker of Parliament, has held discussions with Mr Alexander Kwamina Afenyo-Markin, NPP Parliamentary Caucus Leader.
In attendance at the meeting was Mr Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, the NPP MP for Assin Central.
Information reaching the Ghana News Agency and a photograph to that effect, indicated that their discussions centred on an appeal to Madam Morrison to abandon her bid to go independent in the December 7 general election.
