Mr Addei praised President Mahama’s leadership style, stating that the nation had seen smoother operations under his governance compared to the previous administration.
During a recent interaction with the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Twifo Atti Morkwa, Mr Isaac Yawson, Mr Addei urged his fellow Council Members to actively engage with their respective DCEs to evaluate ongoing developmental projects to fast-track development in their areas.
The appeal was made during an inspection tour Mr Addei embarked on together with the DCE to monitor the school feeding programme in various areas within the district, emphasising the importance of community involvement.
He also urged that the issues affecting school feeding programme was addressed collectively.
Mr Yawson, on his part, assured that the Assembly would ensure quality and balanced diet for the pupils.
After personally tasting the food served, he said he was satisfied with the standards of food being provided.
He reiterated that the school feeding initiative aligned with President Mahama’s campaign promise to “reset Ghana” for prosperity.
Mr Yawson urged the public to reconsider their support for the New Patriotic Party, labelling them as “nation wreckers,” while emphasising that the National Democratic Congress would continue to prioritise the welfare of Ghanaians.
