KRIF Ghana Limited has announced plans to mark its 40th anniversary in 2026 with a series of goodwill activities, including the donation of Certified Impact-Resistant Fireproof Safes (CIFs) to notable institutions.

The Reverend Kennedy Okosun, Executive Chairman of KRIF Ghana Limited, announced the initiative in Accra as part of activities commemorating the company’s 39th anniversary.

He said the gesture was part of the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and aimed at encouraging the use of reliable safes in homes, offices, hospitals, and other critical facilities.

“As we celebrate our journey of 39 years in business, we are preparing to make our 40th anniversary a milestone of goodwill and impact.”

“One of our key initiatives will be the donation of CIFs to notable institutions to ensure that people have access to secure storage solutions to safeguard their valuable items and sensitive documents,” he said.

In 2018, KRIF Ghana Limited undertook a similar initiative by distributing Reinforced Office Cabinets (ROCs) and security safes to deserving public and private institutions.

Beneficiaries included the Ghana News Agency, the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), and the Ghana Immigration Service, who received the items to enhance the secure storage of documents and valuables.

The gesture fulfilled a commitment to distribute 52 specialised security safes at no cost as part of KRIF Ghana’s Good Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project.

Rev Okosun mentioned the company’s investment in a local workshop, where engineers trained in Ghana and at Diplomat’s factory in Korea provided installation services and after-sales support.

“As part of our anniversary celebration, we are also collaborating with a U.S.-based NGO to provide skill enhancement training for Ghanaians.”

“This aligns with our commitment to giving back to the community and creating value for the society we serve,” he said.

He emphasised the importance of having fireproof and burglar-proof safes, noting that they were crucial for preserving valuables, sensitive documents, and precious belongings from theft, fire, and other hazards.

Rev Okosun explained: “Safes are not just for banks or businesses. Every household and institution needs them to protect what matters most. A CIF provides peace of mind, knowing your assets are secure no matter the circumstances.”

KRIF Ghana Limited is the exclusive importer and leading distributor of DIPLOMAT PREMIUM Burglar Proof and Fireproof Security Safes, which are globally recognised for their quality, durability, and innovative design.

The safes, he noted, come in five distinct models—NEXT, DBAUM, BEYOND, ISTELLA, and WISE—each tailored to suit various preferences and needs.

Rev Okosun explained that the NEXT Premium Safe was reinforced against burglary with a fingerprint bio-lock, offering both security and convenience in a compact design.

He said the DBAUM Premium Safe was spacious safe with a walnut veneer door panel, creating a natural wood feel ideal for office settings.

The BEYOND Premium Safe, Rev Okosun said, was decorated with stainless steel plates, this safe is equipped with durable electronic locks operated by user codes and fingerprints.

The ISTELLA Premium Safe is designed to resemble twinkling stars, the ISTELLA safe boasts an elegant look and is available in black, red, or white, with marble finishes.

The WISE Premium Safe also features a replaceable door panel for customizable interior aesthetics, allowing users to change door colours as desired.

Rev Okosun assured that all DIPLOMAT safes distributed by KRIF Ghana were certified by renowned global institutions, including ISO 9001, Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL), and the Swedish National Testing and Research Institute (SP), ensuring top-notch quality and fire resistance.

The Chairman encouraged individuals and institutions to explore KRIF Ghana’s range of DIPLOMAT PREMIUM Safes for unmatched security and peace of mind.
