I. DAUGHTER OF ZION surely, we have confidence that if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us. And if we know that he hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desire from him. Through that will of God, may your spirit be uplifted this week so that you can join the Psalmist in saying, “Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name”. Beloved, bless the LORD this day and forget not all his benefits towards you. Let us acknowledge God as he showers us with loving kindness, tops it with tender mercies, and fills our mouths with good things. Beloved, your breakthrough is in the name of the LORD. Sing joyful songs in His name, share your testimony, lift up your holy hands, and thank the Lord.
II. SON OF MAN even if at midnight your tears flow down your cheeks unbidden, you are dealing with hidden sin and weakness that, to men’s eyes, are unseen. Just face the Lord with it and tell it to Jesus Christ, for if we confess our sins, the Lord alone is faithful and just to forgive us and also cleanse us from all abominations. Even if you fear the gathering clouds of sorrow, are anxious about what shall be tomorrow, and are troubled at the thought of dying, Look unto the LORD; wait for the God of your salvation; God will hear you still at this eleventh hour. Don’t look elsewhere for salvation; go back to Jehovah. Wait, and again, I say wait, for God will show up at His appointed time with you. God moves according to His appointed time and not that of men. No man can push God to move ahead of His set time.
III. PRECIOUS FRIEND, therefore, be patient until the coming of the Lord. The farmer waits for the precious produce of the soil, being patient about it, until it gets the early and late rains. Let us also be patient; let us strengthen each other through the word of God, for the coming of the Lord is near. Let us build lives through the power of the words we use. Let us, through the power of prayers, dethrone wicked kings and queens. May the Lord be our portion, and we hope in Him at all times. For the Lord is good to those who wait for Him and to the person who seeks Him. WAITING IS DIFFICULT, BUT WITH PATIENCE, THY WILL ENDURE THE LONELINESS OF WAITING.
IV. MY BELOVED SISTERS AND BROTHERS IN CHRIST Waiting on the Lord is one of the most difficult things to do as humans. Normally, our nature is to go it alone, try to accomplish things in our own strength, and take control of the situation. When it seems others have taken the lead and you have been left alone, fear and doubt also begin to gather around. But that is when we need to fall back on the word of God to stand; this is a DIVINE FOOD FOR THE SOUL of the waiting brethren sent forth through the Authority and power of Christ Jesus and serve the brethren through God’s Vessel Francis Ameyibor, Yes! This third month, will you continue to wait on His provision or you will try to force your own outcomes?
V. 2023 MY DIVINE YEAR TO PURSUE, CAPTURE, AND TAKE POSSESSION – Remain in Him still and your breakthrough shall come even at sunset. Wait for the LORD; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the LORD
PRAYER: LORD, grant me grace as I wait for the fulfilment of your words in my life. LORD, grant me divine strength to withstand the loneliness associated with waiting for thee. And LORD, grant me wisdom and understanding while waiting through Christ Jesus’ name I pray AMEN
