President Mahama visits Central Region

President John Dramani Mahama will today Thursday, visit the Central Region as part of his nationwide thank-you tour following his landslide victory in the 2024 presidential election.  

The President will arrive at the Central Regional Capital, Cape Coast at 13:30 hours, from the Western region where he is currently holding a similar programme.

The President and his entourage, would engage the chiefs and people of the region at the historic Jubilee Park to express his gratitude to them.

He is also expected to reaffirm his commitment to honour the promises he made to the region during his campaign in the lead-up to the election.

Boisterous party faithful are already on standby to give him a hero’s welcome on his arrival.
