Turning polytechnics into universities is a wrong move – Professor Koranteng
Professor Roger Koranteng, the Head of Public Sector Governance at the Commonwealth Secretariat in the United Kingdom, has stated that the decision to turn Ghana’s polytechnics into universities was misplaced.
