Mr Abdul Merigah Sataru, Akan Constituency Secretary of the NPP, disclosed this to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in a telephone interview.

He said the voting would take place at the Kadjebi-Asato Senior High School (KASEC) Rashid Bawa Assembly Hall.

Mr Sataru urged delegates to comfort themselves before, during and after the polls, stressing that the primaries were a family contest and should be conducted in a peaceful and orderly manner.

Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, former Vice-President of Ghana; Dr Bryan Acheampong, former Minister of Agriculture and MP for Abetifi; Mr Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, former Member of Parliament for Assin Central; Ing. Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, former Press Secretary to President John Agyekum Kuffour; and Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum

Adutwum, former Minister of Education and MP for Bosomtwe, is contesting to become the NPP’s flagbearer for the 2028 general elections.
