It said they were treated to takeaway lunch packs filled with  Jollof rice, chicken, and refreshing drinks.

“The generosity of the foundation was a testament to the values of the man they honored—Ken—whose spirit of giving continues to ripple through his community even after his passing.”

Dr. Kenneth Elvis Anewenah, a successful entrepreneur and the CEO of both Myturn Ltd. And Lesken Enterprise, was as committed to serving humanity as he was to his businesses. Known for his deep faith and dedication to helping those in need, Ken’s generosity became the cornerstone of his life.

The statement said in a moving tribute, Kasisi Ricky Peprah, spokesperson for the Dr. Kenneth Elvis Anewenah Foundation, addressed the media. “Today would have been Dr. Ken’s 52nd birthday. He was a man of immense generosity, always giving to orphanages and supporting brilliant students who couldn’t afford an education,” Kasise remarked. “As a family, we felt it only fitting to carry on his noble vision by continuing his good works through initiatives like this.”

He added, “This marks the foundation’s first public programme since its establishment two years ago. The foundation’s vision is to carry forward Dr. Ken’s legacy, supporting the underprivileged in our society with the same dedication to truthfulness and compassion he exemplified. We aim to expand across the country to help even more brilliant but needy students reach their full potential.”

The statement said Dr. Kenneth Elvis Anewenah’s life was a testament to unwavering dedication to charity and community.

“From the early days of his entrepreneurial journey, he championed numerous educational initiatives, providing scholarships and support for countless individuals. His passion for uplifting others wasn’t limited to financial aid—he invested his time, his energy, and his heart into nurturing the dreams of young people. Whether it was building schools or supporting grassroots initiatives, Ken’s work left a lasting mark on every life he touched.

His commitment wasn’t just about giving; it was about empowering. He believed in providing the tools and opportunities for people to thrive, ensuring that every individual, no matter their background, had a fair shot at a better life.

“To honour Ken’s legacy, the foundation has set forth several key objectives, including establishing need-based tuition grants to support disenfranchised but talented students, with a special focus on widening opportunities for girls, creating academic scholarships in select institutions to reward excellence and foster future leaders, supporting development projects in underserved communities, continuing Ken’s commitment to sustainable growth and empowerment.

The statement said it was not merely a gathering to distribute food; it was a celebration of a man whose life’s work continued to inspire acts of kindness, generosity, and compassion across the country.
