The Police have arrested 18 additional suspects as part of an ongoing investigation into the looting and destruction of properties in various parts of the country.
This development brings the total number of arrests to 30 since the investigations began.
A statement issued by the Police said one suspect who was shot by an accomplice during the attacks was confirmed dead by medical authorities.
Additionally, an injured Electoral Commission official is receiving medical treatment.
The Police said Intelligence-led operations were still ongoing to get other perpetrators arrested to face justice.
The statement urged the public to remain calm as Police officers had been deployed to key locations to intensify patrols and maintain law and order.
