True Life Academy stuns Hearts of Oak in FA Cup upset

Hearts of Oak suffered a shocking defeat in the Round of 64 of the 2025/2026 MTN FA Cup, falling 1-0 to Division Two side True Life Academy at the Pobiman Sports Complex.
The result has sent shockwaves through Ghanaian football as the Phobians, one of the country’s most decorated clubs, were humbled by an academy team in a dramatic cup upset.
